Audifort Healthy Hearing Supplement, 60 mL dropper bottle with dark teal label

Ingredients the label shows

The label artwork shows a Supplement Facts panel with a serving size of 1 ml and 60 servings per container. It lists chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the Daily Value, and a proprietary blend of 200 mg per serving. The blend names 22 ingredients but not how much of each is inside. Other websites describe a different formula, so rely on the panel on your bottle.

Why amounts matter

A proprietary blend lets a label show a total weight without showing each part. Here the whole blend is 200 mg per 1 ml serving. Spread evenly across 22 ingredients, that is roughly 9 mg each, and the real split is likely uneven: the first-listed ingredients usually, but not always, make up more. Studies of single ingredients commonly use tens to thousands of milligrams. Without the split, nobody outside the company can compare Audifort with the research.

Questions to ask before you buy

  • Can you share the amount of each blend ingredient, or at least the top five?
  • Which extracts and standardizations do you use (for example, what percent EGCG in the green tea)?
  • How much caffeine does one serving contain, given guarana and green tea?
  • Is there a certificate of analysis or third-party test for this batch?
  • Is one dropper (1 ml) or two the intended daily serving, and how long should a 60 mL bottle last?

What is not in the evidence

We found no clinical trial of the finished product. We found no study showing that this blend improves hearing, clears the ears of ringing or protects inner-ear cells in people. Some ingredients have research for other uses, such as blood sugar, stress or exercise, and that research does not transfer to hearing.

How the ingredients fit together

Grouped by what they are usually used for, the blend looks like this: stimulant-type or energy ingredients (guarana, green tea, ginseng, eleutherococcus, maca, L-tyrosine, beta-alanine); metabolism and weight-management ingredients (African mango, raspberry ketones, coleus forskohlii, gymnema, L-carnitine, grapefruit, chromium); amino acids and relaxation ingredients (GABA, L-tryptophan, L-glutamine, L-arginine, L-ornithine); and antioxidant or circulation ingredients (grape seed, capsicum, astragalus). Almost none is specific to the ear. That does not mean the product cannot make someone feel better. It means the "healthy hearing" framing is marketing rather than a finding.

What is not on the list

Several review sites describe Audifort as containing ginkgo biloba, zinc, magnesium, vitamin B12, melatonin, NAC, coenzyme Q10 or alpha lipoic acid. None of these appears on the label artwork we reviewed. Those lists appear to be copied from other tinnitus products, so treat them as unreliable.
