Seller sources
The seller's own site, its price graphic, bonus covers and affiliate materials. We use them only for what the seller says, and attribute them.
Third-party write-ups
We read independent write-ups for label doses and compared them with each other. Several pages we found described a different product, so we excluded them.
A note on quoting
We paraphrase and link to sources rather than copy them.
How we choose sources
Government and academic sources first, then published studies, then clearly attributed third-party write-ups.
What we avoid
Pages with fabricated credentials, untraceable ratings or pages about a different product.

Email contact@audifort-supplement.com and we will check it.
How to read a source link
A study on one ingredient is not proof for a finished product. Look at the dose, population and outcome.
Sources we do not use
Anonymous forums, pages with undisclosed affiliate relationships presented as independent, and AI-generated testimonials.
